My Super Awesome Charm Thingy!

Over on our Facebook page we had a lovely discussion about Book Jewelry. It came up because I saw this beautiful necklace on Team Twilight's page and I just had to have it. It got me wondering what others have.

I must say there are some incredible pieces out there that I didn't even know existed!

There are so many different charms and pieces of jewelry created based on the books we read (who knew?). One of the latest books I've read (and movie that I saw) had a piece of jewelry featured in the book/movie: Lena's charm necklace from Beautiful Creatures.

This inspired me to create my own charm thingy (thingy because I have no clue if it'll become a necklace, bracelet, key chain) based on the books I've read and loved. It's not even close to being done but I thought I'd share with you the pieces I've gotten so far. Can't you tell I'm excited? LOL

Twilight:

I'm thinking about adding a Edward charm too cuz he's my Twilight boyfriend. Or maybe a wolf for Jacob. Or something Alice-ish. Hmm what is Alice-ish?

House of Night:

Blessed Be charm

Truly one of my favorite series, ever. As soon as I seen this charm it screamed House of Night and screamed YOU MUST BUY ME! Buy it, I did.

True Blood:

Fangtasia Charm

It's not an official True Blood Fangtasia charm but it sure looks like it to me. Reminds me of Pam too. I'll have to find something to represent my hot viking Eric.

The Alchemist's Golden Lily

Another of my favorite series, well.. Bloodlines is. Adrian is another book boyfriend of mine who I adore so I had to get his charm. The Golden Lily is for Sydney, his girlfriend, or our girlfriend I should say.

Hunger Games:

May the odds be ever in your favor

One of the best quotes of any book so of course it had to be on the charm thingy. Even though I loved the books I don't know that I'll add much more. Maybe a mockingjay pin.

I know I'm missing a ton of my favorite characters and books but my wallet wants me to wait a little bit before I add more. So far I'm in love with the few pieces I've got and can't wait til they all arrive so I can put together my charm thingy.
