We weren't really introduced to Victor or Elvi or any other of the characters that are featured throughout this book and that's not a bad thing.
Elvi is this fantastic character who is a Vampire, and acts like a Vampire to please her neighbors in town. This town supports Elvi and helps take care of her because they feel responsible for her turning. She was turned on a vacation down in Mexico, though no one really knows how.
Victor is sent in by the council to get to the bottom of a personal's ad posted by Elvi looking for a Vampire mate. Little does he know there is way more to the story than meets the eye, and way more competition for the heart of Elvi than he thought there would be.
This is a MUST read!
